Your order ships out from the seaside city of Long Beach, California!

Here’s how it works:

• Orders placed before 12PM PST (Monday–Friday) usually ship out that same day or the next business day.

• Orders placed after 12PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays? They’ll ship the next business day.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, and an extra 2–6 business days for delivery depending on where you are.

🛫 Shipping Carriers

We mostly use UPS, but we reserve the right to switch it up if needed to get your order to you efficiently.

Heads-up: some packages may require a signature upon delivery—this might be our decision or UPS in particular for large orders but it’s always done to protect your package from disappearing into the void (a.k.a. porch pirates).

📦 A Few More Things to Know:

• We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Some Saturday/Sunday deliveries may happen—depends on the carrier and your location.

• Ordering multiple items? You might get multiple shipments. Don’t worry—we’ll send you tracking info for each one.

• During busy times (think sales or holidays), we may need a few extra days to get your order out the door. If there's a major delay, we’ll reach out.

• We only offer standard ground shipping. Need it faster? Reach out before placing your order.

• Sorry, we can’t ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.

• And yes, we reserve the right to refuse a sale if something seems off.

🕒 Real Talk on Timelines

We aim to ship fast, but we’re not Amazon Prime. Your order won’t arrive today—or even tomorrow. Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days, depending on production and transit time.

We keep a limited inventory on hand so we can ship quickly, but if you're ordering for a specific date or event, please plan ahead. Production + shipping takes time, and weekends/holidays don’t count.
